Bi-weekly post-test touch ups

From the playtest session yesterday some minor changes were made:
- It was incorrectly written in the Stigmata prayer that targets performed an opposing roll vs. the caster's Occult. This has been changed to Miracles instead
- The sheath accessory was incorrectly listed as requiring 3 belt slots. This has been changed to 1.
- High ground bonuses have been changed to apply to targets up to 3 yards away for every 1 yard of elevation rather than 2 yards away.
- The Alkahest entry in the Grimorium Magus had outdated language detailing its effects when used with the Patch Up action. This has been cleared up.
